A Catskills Christmas

The season, gathered in.

A Catskills home dressed for Christmas with evergreen, berries, velvet ribbon, and candlelight.

Christmas in the Catskills begins at the threshold. For this home, the styling moved from a snow-framed porch into rooms layered with evergreen, berries, velvet ribbon, warm metals, glass, and candlelight.

The intention was not to decorate every surface, but to let a few generous gestures carry the season through the house—from the tree and collected winter vignettes to a table ready to gather around. Natural materials keep the story connected to the landscape, while light, ribbon, and reflective details allow it to shift quietly from day into evening.

At the Threshold

Evergreen, winter branches, and burnished lanterns make the first gesture, set against the stillness of the snow.

A Winter Collection

Stacked wood, trailing greens, berries, seed pods, and warm points of light create a layered composition that feels gathered over time.

The Tree

Woodland ornaments, glass, silver, and deep red velvet ribbon sit loosely among the branches—festive, but never overly polished.

A Quieter Moment

Pine, candlelight, carved wood, and clear glass transform a simple console into a small winter landscape.

After Dark

As daylight recedes, the greenery becomes deeper, the silvered details begin to catch the light, and candlelight takes over.

Bring the season home.
