Work ranges from a dinner for four at home to a celebration of a hundred guests. Hearthly operates by appointment.

Hearthly is based in Narrowsburg, New York, and works throughout the Upper Delaware Valley and the western Catskills — Sullivan County, upper Wayne and Pike counties in Pennsylvania, and the river towns in between. The studio regularly travels further for full event design.

Three to four weeks is comfortable for a dinner at home, and two to three months for a larger celebration, which gives Hearthly room to source well. Summer weekends and the weeks around the holidays fill first.

That said, the studio keeps space for last-minute tables. If your date is close, write anyway.

Hearthly tablescaping begins at $500 for gatherings of up to six guests. Individual floral commissions begin at $150, seasonal styling begins at $250, event design begins with an $800 creative-design fee, and a 90-minute bespoke consultation is $225.

Every proposal itemizes design, materials, sourcing, delivery, installation, and breakdown, so you can see exactly where the investment sits.

Yes. A signed proposal and a fifty percent deposit reserve your date with Hearthly. The balance is due the week of the gathering.

Yes. Hearthly takes floral commissions independently — a single centerpiece, arrangements throughout a house, or flowers for a party someone else is styling. The same is true in reverse: the studio will style a table and leave the flowers to your florist.

Arrangements are built from what is blooming nearby, often with native Catskills branches, foliage, grasses, and seed pods.

Either. Hearthly keeps a studio collection of linens, vessels, and objects, and sources and rents beyond it when a project calls for something specific.

Many clients want their own pieces used — inherited china, a favorite set of glasses, something brought back from a trip. Tell the studio what you have and the design is built around it.

Yes. Installation is included in most Hearthly proposals, and breakdown is available so you wake up to a cleared house rather than a project. Both are itemized so you can choose.

Gladly. Hearthly collaborates with planners, caterers, venues, and other creative partners on design-led work. Send their details early and the studio coordinates timing, access, and load-in directly, so you aren't relaying messages between vendors.

For anything outdoors, Hearthly designs a second version alongside the first — a table that reads just as well under cover. The decision is made together the morning of, and there is no charge for the change.

Cancel more than fourteen days out and the deposit transfers to a future date within the year. Inside fourteen days, sourcing and perishables are already committed, so the deposit is retained. Full terms appear in every Hearthly proposal.
